NTAMA, North Texas Association of Medical Administrators, is a group of both clinical and non-clinical adminstrators of medical group practices in the North Texas area, including Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, and surrounding counties. NTAMA is the North Texas affiliate of the Texas Medical Group Management Association (www.tmgma.org). Our goal is to provide a mechanism for group development, leadership enhancement, technological improvement and network building for all of our members.
The health care environment is ever-changing and requires a keen grasp of terminology, operations management and financial management. NTAMA provides the avenue for local administrators to sharpen their skills with networking opportunities such as quarterly lunch meetings to discuss topics related to the medical group practice.
